Just how painful is a dislocated shoulder?
I’ve heard it’s unbearable but the second they snap it back in place, there’s zero pain. Saw a guy at the gym doing weighted dips and he let out this loud yell and had his friend yank his hand real hard and that fixed it. Guy went right back to doing dips again, lol. Seemed weird.

ive had a few athletes set their shoulders with a gym bag, they said it hurt but weren't crying or anything, i believe its more painful when the muscles tense and the shoulder attempts to set itself than if you do it quickly
I subluxed my elbow years ago when an f450 tire blew up on me, that hurt but again wasn't the worst pain i had ever felt
