Look at other countries where white people(or any race) are in firm control for a long time. Africa, Eastern Europe. They never evolve and cling to silly outdated traditions forever.

So what exactly do you want minorities to contribute? Considering they make up only about 25%, and they hold almost no decision making positions.

All the major problems in the US are caused by whites, which why I'm pushing for whites to hold only janitorial jobs and make way for teh Asians and Mexicans to hold high political positions.
