Yoga - what intention do you usually set?
I'm glad to see you on your mat today.
As we begin, I invite you to set an intention you can revisit as you do your movements and I want to remind you all to take whatever your body needs in this session.
This is the first downward dog.
This is your time to check in with your body.
Root to rise, swan dive forward.
We are breathing in this position. We will stay for a breath or two longer.
If you this feels uncomfortable to you, you can take child's pose at any time.
We will all meet on our backs.
Shavasana.
Come back to the intention you set at the beginning of class, put your hands together, and bring your thumb knuckles to your third eye.
Thank you for sharing your practice with me.
Namaste.
