Highly subjective, but I'll recommend my favs:

Bvlgari Blv: Never smelt a better scent in my life. It is perfume perfection.

Armani Black Code: Nice smell and always got good compliments.

Emporio Armani Stronger with You: Good feedback on this too. Was talking to a girl working in university library, then I went back to my desk and heard her say "hmm, that smells good!"

Paco Rabanne Ultraviolet man: Just a nice smeller, PR tend to have sweeter almost candy like smells.

My personal recommendation is to avoid Oud oil in perfume. Smells way too strong and yucky IMO.
Back off, Warchild.

Seriously.

Depends on what you’re trying to accomplish. I’ll list designers, since they are more budget friendly. These will also be mass appealing.

Summer/all purpose: Bleu de Chanel EDP

Fall/Winter: Viktor Rolf Spicebomb or Spicebomb Extreme

General all around: Prada L’homme
Proof Angels exist: OzleyASMR
