I would listen to this band if they had a vocalist. I don't understand how these talented bands purposely ruin their sound and with a emo screamer. That said I will check em out cos I never thought I'd get into black metal but little bit here and there's pretty alright.

Those kinds of vocals are cliched and I don't like them.

However, I usually love the music in hardcore.

Slipnot is band that is a good example of one that mixes it up with straight singing and the hardcore sound.

Way better bands like Five Finger Death Punch and Distrubed has great lyrics and a masculine sound that's easy to understand.

Yep Sylosis rules ****ing HARD. I train to their Edge Of The Earth album pretty regularly. Love how they blend old school Thrash with elements of Death Metal with a splash of Metalcore. Other favorites include Unearth, After The Burial, Fear Factory, and Divine Heresy. Went super nutty today and jammed "Calculating Infinity" By Dillinger Escape plan for most of my workout. LOL, that album is just so all over the place and schizophrenic. I Love it.

How would it even be metal with all clean vocals ? Metal has to have some type of fry screams or growling to not be hard rock or just plain rock DFS
