Name the best decisions you've made
I think intimate relationships and undergrad make the most difference for most people.
For me,
1) Moving to a better undergrad nowhere near my home.
2) Trying to succeed in a ltr. It seems like christian religions more or less compiled the right values, whether you buy the stories or not.
I would claim Cell-tech as a big change, except I think the side effects were not worth it. I felt great trying it. The worst side effect is it disrupted my calibration of discipline for results because I earned bigger muscles with 1 half workout per 3 weeks than in a lifetime of natural lifting.

Quitting drinking in 2001
Quitting smoking cigarettes in 2007
Quitting caffeine in 2007, I was tired of being wired and I hated the ritual of not being able to leave the house until I had my morning coffee, it was a complete waste of time.
Quitting marijuana in 2011
Joining a gym in 2012 and training consistently enough that I could kick my cousin in law’s ass by 2017, he had been bullying me
Getting a college degree from a junior college, AA in graphic design with no debt in 2018
Getting an iPad Pro and Apple Pencil with my stimulus money in 2020, so I can make comics.

Screw nature; my body will do what I DAMN WELL tell it to do!
The only dangerous thing about an exercise is the person doing it.
They had the technology to rebuild me. They made me better, stronger, faster......

- Getting divorced 14 years ago, at 30 years old after being married for 10 years, and moving to a new town 500 miles away.
- Dumping money early on into retirement, and continuing to do so.
- Starting CrossFit in 2010, which basically got me back into lifting and a healthy lifestyle. Stopped CrossFit about 5 or so years ago, but still incorporate some of its methodology into my programming. Made some of my closest friends thru that overall gym scene.
- Starting BJJ 6 years ago. Best hobby from a personal development standpoint I have ever experienced. Can’t imagine my life without it.

Building a home gym. Since the china flu hit , it’s paid off in spades .
Helped two very underprivileged 7 YO siblings by getting them each an iPad . I think it will help with their development, and it’s probably the best investment I’ve made to date .
Not getting married . I’m boring AF , and it could only end one way .
