advice about work srs boyos
Story time:
I work for / with some of the laziest mfrs I've ever met.
We all make the same base salary *four of us* *fed job*
Things they do:
Boss doesn't show up untli 9:00-9:30. every day , leaves at 3:30
my coworkers show up at 9:30-10 everyday and bounce at 3:30
While coworkers are here, they dont work but watch movies/youtube all day
me:
I show up early, i stay my entire shift, I work my ass off.
boss doesn't care at all. lol
People have told me "stop giving a **** no one cares, we all make the same" I can't , that's not how i was raised. I'm building up all this resentment over these lazy mfrs.

You weren't raised for a fed job. Why do you have one?

Easy, get a new job where effort is rewarded. Is it really that hard to solve this problem?

Why do you have so much work to do while they don’t have anything to do? If you’re doing their work for them then just stop. If your resentment continues to grow and you have that much freedom regarding what you do, then start to work on things that will increase your knowledge base and skill set. You will feel better doing it, and if your resentment gets to a point where you need to find a new job you’ll be much more marketable. What kind of work do you do?

lmao at "I can't that's not how I was raised"
So you have 0 adaptability and that's your coworkers fault? Adaptability is clearly a skill you need to learn boyo. It's not admirable spouting that horsesh*t you were raised a certain way and that's who you are. Adaptability is a hugely important trait of basic survival, and while you may not be in the wild per se, you still need to be able to adapt properly to thrive in this world. Expending all of your energy unnecessarily is unwise and will cap your ceiling with the things you could be spending it on otherwise.

"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

Thats what you have to remind yourself......so you CHOOSE to put yourself in this position.....so its tough to really cry about how it affects you while also benefitting from it. Now if you came with a different tone like "dude, im at this job and my co-workers are completely useless its laughable" that would be a different look. But you came about it with more resentment that you have to work and they dont. Sounds to me like nobody really has to work.....you CHOOSE to.meh i've been applying but trying to finish my degree so this job does over some stability while i do that.
Be careful as your logic is starting to look like woman logic if you step back and examine it for what it is right now. But its easily fixable.....like within seconds. Its just a mental shift.
