3 months off the gym due to injury, finally back

So I almost cut my finger off at work 3 months ago and severed the tendon.

Finally healed well enough to be back in the gym

Only down 4lb and my lifts barely suffered

Ready to go harder than ever and hit my strongest yet boyos

Hard to explain but basically a 130lb antenna dropped about 3 feet onto my finger that was sitting On a steel angle and sandwiched it. The piece the crushed it was a blunt steel bracket.

Pulled my finger out and could see the bone

Yikes! Glad you didn't cut it off and it healed. Good job getting back into the gym!
