Expensive as NYC is, I doubt a $3.5 million condo would be considered “chitty.”

Maybe when you step outside and a homeless schizophrenic junkie smashes your skull with a brick because the voices in his head told him he’s god, that would be chitty. But the unit itself is probably pretty luxury.
