Whats the best way to drop a girl nicely that you no longer like?

I'm a nice guy but sometimes I realize I don't like the girl that I'm talking to or hooking up with so I don't want to hurt their feelings how do I get rid of them

I just gradually stop responding to them.
Delete/block If they start talking chit.

Actually felt bad a couple of times. Better to just tell them how you really feel instead of trying to avoid an uncomfortable conversation.

I usually just tell them I'm busy if they ask to do stuff. Eventually they stop asking.

If you are really torn on ghosting the chick you could be honest. Tell her you have deep seeded issues and find it incredibly difficult to emotionally commit to anyone or anything and as a result of this you find yourself engaging in shallow sexual relationships so you can meet you need for physical intimacy but you subconsciously pick women who are awful matches with you so you can guard your frail heart of catching feelings.
