Whey Protein might be bad for you

It's very insulin spiking. Which means, it will slow down your fat loss goals.

most likely not detrimental but not needed

many top coaches advice against whey due to it's quick digestion time making most of the aminos essentially wasted unless breaking a long fast

minor details don't matter that much for the most part.

hit your calories, hit your protein targets, and progressive overload in the gym.

Totally unnecessary unless you need calories and are struggling to get protein in.

I used to eat vegan protein but now I have 2 servings of whey a day. It's hard to get my protein in since I'm a vegetarian.

But I heard Pea Protein is better than Whey Isolate as far as moderate absorption goes. Which is what we need.

In order to build mass whitout adding unwanted fat is to not have constant spike of insulin.

You’ve been lied to along with everyone else ITT

Let me help explain as easy as possible;
Youve not ate for 6-10 hours, waking up having isolate is the most superior protein due to how fast to keep your body from using muscle as fuel

Why would you eat a slow digesting protein? Egg white are the fastest far as I know and still takes roughly 90 minutes

So does pea protein, however with pea protein it severely lacks leucine isoleucine valine, the muscle building AAs. And it’s also higher in estrogen enhancing AAs, which means plant based protein is more susceptible to cancer, muscle loss, hormonal imbalance.

Whey isolate is useless IF you have protein already in you, so no point in having it if you’ve had chicken for lunch and snack time rolls around as your body is still using the chicken.

Whey isolate is however the best for POST workout since your body uses tons of AAs from the brutal workouts along with leucine/fast absorbing post is very anabolic for muscle gains

Whey isolate is superior and best for breakfast and post workout.

Stay away from plant based scams
