How did Rikishi stay out of Jail after running over Austin?

Not only that but he then went on a rampage and attacked the likes of JR & The Rock, even destroyed Austin's truck with a sledgehammer. All of this was on video tape evidence. Where was the justice system?

Thankfully Austin took matters into his own hands and beat the living daylights out of that motherf*cker

The same reason Austin stayed out of jail after dropping HHH who was in a car from a crane. The same reason the NWO & others were able to run peoples cars off the road, crash into people's static limos, set Pitbulls on Sting etc.
