Not saying that is the only reason guys spend for that.

However, if that is the only KPI (how much girls they get) they are better off investing every single USD into plastic surgery guided by an experienced plastic surgeon who knows how to improve your baseline. SRS

Surgery should only be a last resort after natty looksmaxxing or if you're truly deformed.

Get jacked with low bf %, get tatts, straight/whiten teeth, get a good skin care routine (vitamin C, Tretinoin sunscreen), get a skin fade haircut. Take fin/regaine if hair is slightly receding, if fully receding/bald then either grow a beard or hair transplant.

I'm almost maxxed out but need another 15-20lbs of mass and need to get more tattoos.

That's actually trash for diving, the water resistance is fine but the legibility (lume) is awful.
