How is jewish supremacy not a thing?

White people are the majority of the population in America and Europe. So naturally, you'll see mostly white people working in different private companies, public jobs and in the entertainment industry

Meanwhile, jews are only 2% of the population but have positions of power or own most conglomerates, sports teams, media and high ranked government jobs in predominantly white coutries.

How can anyone explain that and how's jewish supremacy not a thing?
