This is pretty damn impressive. Guy can build an x-Ray machine from a box of scraps (sort of) and yet I’m sure these machines are ridiculously overpriced along with our medical costs…

They built these things in like the 1910's. Haven't watched the video, but whatever he built is likely on par with what they had back then that people would use to find the right fitting shoes. Medical x rays likely put out less radiation and are higher fidelity.

Theres a channel called "applied science" and the dude is a fkn wizard. Builds stuff off materials he finds in research papers. Built an electron microscope out of doodads in his garage lol.

holy **** i just looked up the price of a professional grade desktop scanning electron microscope and didn't know they have come so far down in price you could get one for 50k now
