Just had a combo meal of 10 bone in wings, fries, blue cheese, and large rootbeer from wingstop yesterday for my cheat meal. I think that alone had close to 2k calories.

1500 calories ain't chit, bro. Try drinking more calories i.e. protein shakes and packing them with calorie-dense foods like peanut butter and oats, drink it with whole milk, etc.
I also heard you can expand your stomach a bit by filling up with cabbage and water, but I have never tried it myself. I'm always hungry like 30-40 minutes after a meal.
