Anyone know what these toys from the 80s (I think) are called/from?

Yeah! I knew they had to be in water! Holy ****, man. Thanks! ****ing nostalgia all over the place lmao. I love the trash bag bunch stuff as a kid. Was always amazed that you got a toy when putting something in water.

I was specifically looking for the Trash Bag Bunch stuff and guess I was just googling the wrong words. What'd you search to find them?
