Quitting porn

Didn't realize how addicted I was to porn until deciding to quit, despite the fact that I've been watching porn and fapping nearly every single day for years.

brb it's only been two days and any thing even slightly provocative immediately has my brain trying to convince me to go to x___ and beat off. I'm not having any sex either so that makes it's extra hard. (hehe) Anyone else in the same boat?
