My grocery store sells premade crock pot meals. It's generally a variety of beef/pork meals and has 2 lbs of meat, vegetables and a packet of seasoning. They stopped selling them in the spring, but they showed up again last week. Must be a fall/winter thing. They are like 16-18 dollars, but half price on Sun because it's the last day on the sell by date. I go there to buy my kids fresh bagels and donuts every Sun, and pick up whatever looks good, If I can get a double batch half off that's my meal planning for the week. If not I get whatever looks best. I have issues with deals, I wouldn't notice it in my bank account at all if I paid full price, but why pay full price...

I do a lot of brisket with a few whole potatoes and 1/4 head of cabbage. Then water.
Slice brisket against grain when done, pile on a bowl of rice, spoon some cabbage and potatoes and broth. Add jalapeños and green onions.

Chicken wings marinated in half a can of Coca-Cola.
Put them on low for 3 hours (wings cook pretty fast). Take them out, broil them in an oven for 3-5 mins on each side. Whip together some sauce with 50% normie Buffalo sauce and 50% melted butter. Coat the finished wings.
They will be spicy and crispy on the outside and sweet and chewy on the inside. Absolute heaven, srs. I used to crush 3lb bags of those by myself while watching football games, and now I wonder why I'm a 25% bf bloatlord.

Easiest-chicken breasts and Frank's red hot buffalo sauce. Put in wrap/fresh bun with bagged Caesar salad
Favourite? Lamb stew maybe? Wife and I used a crockpot all through university but I don't really remember what we ate.
Edit: we'd do buffalo chicken then next night buffalo pork then make pizzas with leftovers.
