Interesting story. My take away is that everyone involved is a phucking moron

The kid was either off his head or has serious mental issues and should not be out driving a vehicle on his own at night, and behaved like a lunatic

Police clearly did not need to fire live rounds at him, should absolutely be fired and charged

The whole interaction sounds very bizarre. Guy was clearly unstable and also armed and wasn't following instructions, so I can understand why the cops were unnerved, but it could of definitely be handled better.
