What does misc think about cycling (NOT that cycling)

Went on a nice 23 mile evening bike ride

Good form of cardio and quads are burning

What does misc think? Is it a gainz killer? Good cardio and cross training? Seems to be a good way to get around town as well as networking since only rich people cycle

You get to see nature from a different perspective while riding. It really interesting and a great experience.
Also your ****ing ass hurts and dick gets numb if you cycle with bad form.

Great workout and personally love it.

I have a cannondale with a cheapo groupset.

Mountain biking is the ****, especially riding a lightweight single speed on hilly trails.

Definitely a gainz killer, though, if you're riding a lot at high intensity.

Road biking is for ****s.
