Took Andrew Tate's Advice about mental health

He said something like, "I don't choose to believe in **** that makes me weak, I choose to be happy no matter where I am in life."

And I've just decided that I'm happy almost no matter what happens, and I feel great. No depression, not sad anymore for like a week now, which is rare for me.

You don't need an external reason to be happy. You just need to choose to be happy. I would argue you don't even really have to do anything, you can just enjoy the weather if you want.

I'm also considering getting back in the gym and, again, have been eating healthier, which is still hard to do, but it's gotten easier over the last week.

Anyway, it's all in your control, man.

Good luck.

I don't even care that much about subjective feelings of happiness. I'd rather be able to accomplish what I want to do than to feel good in the moment.

That's the way it should be. You didn't need Tate to tell you that. You create your own happiness.

You might need to look into the Sedona method.

Also there's a book called BWRT REBOOT YOUR BRAIN by Terence Watts. Highly recommend

Don't know who Tate is, but it's 100% true. We control and get to choose how we feel and how we react to every situation presented upon us.

Too bad the pharmaceutical companies and social media have nearly everyone brainwashed into thinking the opposite. And you're the evil one if you try to say otherwise. Lol

After decades of sh*tting on men and """empowering""" women of course men are lost these days hence some of these male models being a revelation for young men.

Happiness really is a decision since you can either choose to be a sad pathetic little bitch or not let stupid BS bring you down. Just stop caring so much about everything is the best advice IMO. Roll with the punches, go with the flow, blah blah

People can think what they want about the guy but he does make some good points. He also has some rarted takes. Everybody seems so do or die in their opinions nowadays. I can agree with somebody on 5 things and disagree on them with 5 other things. His points about having a positive outlook and trying to look at things with a can do attitude are good.

Sounds like a bunch of nonsense to me. You don't just wake up anddecideto be happy, you push yourself out of your comfort zone and engage in activities that are meaningful and fulfilling to you and in turn make you content rather than avoiding everything and accomplishing nothing.

Every man would improve their lives drastically if they listened to Tate's advice.

But y'know, most of them would rather listen to fat nerd "influencers"

Clinical depression isn't that easy to snap out of it. What you're describing is probably typical sadness that most people experience. Society tells depressed people to just snap out out it. Can you just snap out of cancer?

When you have clinical depression, especially Major Depression Disorder or Bipolar (on the depression side), it's hard to get out of bed, to shower, brush your teeth--you lose the motivation to do anything. Your head is in a cloud so it's hard to talk or think. Therapy and medication help with this.

It's almost like social media and the environment are causing depression. It's almost like easy times = depression.
