Rate my Friday cocktail /10

2 oz biscoff butter washed blended scotch
0.25 oz dry sherry
0.25 oz simple syrup 2:1 ratio
5 drops of soy sauce (used it as saline solution)
Angostura bitters

Went for that umami flavor, came out incredible.
