Few years ago I was doing 90-98 hours a week for 6 month straight srs. And yes actually work all those hours. Lost weight, always tired, had no life just literally work sleep eat and repeat. Would not do it again. Made good money but fcuk it was taxing on my body. Friends I didn't see for a few months thought I was on drug cuz the weight lost. However, after going thru that nothing seems hard anymore.

It fuking sucks.

I worked 60+ hours per week of super stressful fast paced job for literally 3 years straight(plus about a 45 minute drive to/from work each way). The longest break I took was like 4 days(Sat-Sun-Mon-Tue) during that period. You get addicted to the adrenaline a bit and don't feel bad about all of the coping mechanisms you adopt. I start smoking a pack of cigs per day, and would often get drunk after work. Didn't really do other drugs at the time as I didn't really have time to be hung over or not engaged, but I gained weight and my hair started thinning.

Basically as soon as I finished, I gave up the idea of ever being an employee ever again.
