Everything happened which led to nothing happening. Everyone had hobbies and did things people talked about metal and hobbies. Now when I go to work they all talk about marvel Netflix and social media. But then now I just sit at my desk and silently think wow where did all the hobbies go? People used to do things now when I go outside it’s like no one’s at work. Everything is crowded with people and no one does anything anymore. 2012 is when everyone began going nowhere and doing nothing but somehow they all watch Netflix and only talk about marvel. People used to lift and
have hobbies but not I go to work and it’s so crowded. I play PC games but then idk it’s like everyone’s on social media.
That should get you up to speed.

It's a moronic attribution of cultural and societal shifts to the Mayan Calendar ending.
In reality, historically significant events that transpired in 2001 and 2008 (9/11, in particular) were far better dates to attribute "everything changing" to.
It's nothing short of idiotic to still cling to the 2012 year, especially when COVID showed up and changed everything in 2019 / 2020 far more profoundly than even 9/11/2001 or the financial crisis of 2008. This is speaking, of course, from an American viewpoint.
