Why don't images show up for me?

On Android, doesn't matter which browser I use. Other forums pics show normally, here I have to click each one. I tried looking at all the settings in User Control Panel. Plz halp.

I have a cheap chromebook I use for internet surfing after ruining several nice laptops. Can't post pics anymore, I grab the url, tag it, and post the pic, and it's blank.

I can see other people's pics though.

I usually Misc from macbook but half the time I can't see pics and if I'm curious I need to look on my phone to see them. Some peoples pics always show up for me and some never. I don't know why there's a difference. Must be the hosting site they use.
