Just walked out of conditioning room cuz of music

Like I coulda got boyo to change it but by then song would be almost over.

I’m already 3 days into a headcold that’s mostly cleared up but when breathing gets heavy chit is rough.

Finished 3 sets of pull-ups with a full acl rehab routine during rest, single leg 1/4 squats omnidirectional, lunges, weighted calf raises, banded shuffles etc..


Then yellow submarine comes on. Fukking was out the door before the chorus could hit.

What the fuk is wrong with people fuk the Beatles, gonna go sit in the steam room.

I tore my ACL a while ago and when I was in the MRI they played the Beatles the whole time. Including that yellow submarine song multiple times.
