Why no abs showing? I'm 5'9 and 160ish in my AVI, but you look way bigger than me. And I wasn't able to work legs for a month due to a torn MCL that no one helped me with

nice how did your lifts change? I was like 175 and could seated OHP 225, then cut and failed on 205 lol.
