why are new GoT knights/fighters all dyelmaxxers?

So I just got caught up on GoT and besides all the globohomo, BLM, child pornography/incest/****philia that is rampant in the series as is in the current hollywood world, Why is EVERY knight, badass war hero and fighter like 140lbs soaking wet skinny fat?

do we just want to make every male look soy infested estrogen dominant now and like they would take a big phat cawk up the bum at a given chance?
