• Vegetarianism appears to be associated with a high prevalence of depressive episodes.

• In this study, participants who excluded meat from their diet were found to have a higher prevalence of depressive episodes as compared to participants who consumed meat.

The closer we approach the uncertainty of life's ending the more we wish to trade all of the things we have acquired in exchange for all of the things we have lost: wealth for youth, knowledge for fresh curiosity, resignation for hope. We'd trade our wisdom for new experiences, but it is wisdom that will teach us that at the end of the road the only new experience is death.

NO homo but i was a vegan from 16 to 24 srs lmao

i was really ignorant with regard to nutrition and just reflexively did it in response to my dad's triple bypass

now i never have a day without at least a half lb of beef srs
