Not as much as I normally would be. Apparently some of my coworkers have Covid so we were told to work from home all week. Woot!

Yeah work is bullsh*t. If I can last 5 more years doing what I’m doing I may be in range to retire though.
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

I hate the 2 days I have to go into the office and it stresses me out so much it makes my insomnia worse the nights before. So I'm pretty happy to not have to go in at all this week.

Kind of looking forward to the work week. Tired of fking about flicking through football matches that I don't care about, wasting time playing low stakes cards on the internet and walking around lakes for no reason.
