What are the chances this **** is ex-military

"The Pierce County Force Investigation Team released the video as part of its ongoing investigation into the shooting.
Investigators concluded Collins fired off 15 rounds, while Tacoma police officers returned nine rounds, all of them over a 16-minute period.
The last shot came from a TPD officer, identified as Christopher Munn, who fired his weapon 183 yards away."

How difficult is it to hit the target from 180 yard away? I'm a beavercel so pretty clueless with guns, lmao.

This actually happened in the town I live in. A guy was fired from Walmart and he went inside and killed the manager and assistant manager and set the store on fire. He was actually grabbing an ak 47 out of his trunk when a cop shot him with a Glock from all the way across the parking lot. Even as confident as I am a better man than most under this pressure with this shot was really good.

I watched the vid and he appeared to be very competent with a rifle. 180 yards is not necessarily a long shot, but he did it with a red dot from a standing position leaning against his vehicle. For a skilled marksman that's a chip shot from prone off a bipod with a scoped rifle, but many hunters would still screw it up (I'm not bad and I've missed easier shots, lol).

Considering the conditions noted above and the pressure involved, he was solid. I'd be curious if he could do it again - anybody can get lucky once. Based on his handling of the gun it wouldn't surprise me if he could, he was very smooth.

That cop is a MONSTER!!!!! Why didn't he just shoot the shooter in the leg so society could politely ask him to stop shooting folks at Povertymarts instead!? BARBARIC! RACIST! DEFUND, AND SUCH!!!! RABBLE RABBLE RABBLE!!!!!!

Spot on about competency. As soon as he lowered the rifle after making the shot, you could hear him click the safety on. He did it without even thinking so that's one little thing you can tell he has probably done hundreds if not thousands of time in practice and reality.

What’s crazy is the shooter was an actual black guy who was fired for pulling a knife on a white person and then killed all white people but the news won’t tell you that.
