Boys it's been a good week
This week has been a good one
Lifts have been solid
slaying on the reg
AND I have gained 2 lbs boys and held it all week, gaining weight has been way too hard this year
Also picked up a little extra bread at the end of the week with an unexpected sale coming trough.
Time for some weekend celebration
