Might actually be homeless soon srs

-landlord says op must move out by Oct 31.

-live in Toronto Canada housing is extremely short supply

-every place I to try to rent gets taken after the viewing(15 apts I've seen now)

-got around 5k cash(not selling any investments)

I'm a Toronto brah and was in this situation for the last 2 months. Went homeless for a while and slept in my buddy's car for a week. It actually wasn't bad at all since it was summer. Luckily I found a place though.

OP you can stay in Airbnbs for the time being. Look on Kijiji for room for rent. Feels brah it sucks cuz everyone wants employment papers so even if you do have cash you're kinda screwed. I got so close to closing on a luxury condo on Yonge/sheppard man my dream area but some bastard cucked me and closed earlier in the day that I was gonna go for a viewing. Man you wouldn't believe what kind of fukery I been through the past 2 months. Best of luck brah.
