When you apply to 8 jobs and none of them call back



Its been a couple weeks too and yes I've followed up with several of them

But I just finished school and I have 0 experience so I think theyre skipping over me lol

Applying for jobs with no experience will get you nowhere. You can apply for 100 jobs, and 100 of them won't get back to you. You should've done internships when you were in college.

I'm an airplane mechanic tradie, there is no internship for that type of stuff.

Obviously some sort of red flag in your resume/application. Maybe look it over, follow a proffesional template

The experience doesn't have to be directly related to your field. But you gotta' have some sort of professional experience
