I saw that Howard Stern was afraid to leave his house because of covid. That's because he has an awesome life, hot wife, rich as hell, so he's constantly in fear of losing it or dying. I don't give a **** at all, didn't care about covid, they could say nukes are on the way, i'd be like "so what". You should carry a gun incase there's a mass shooter, I'm like "don't care enough". It's kind of a nice feeling actually, nothing to lose. Very liberating.
Bodybuilding is a lifetime journey, anytime spent not bulking or cutting is a waste of time.

The funny thing is when you realize we ALL have a ****ty life, then you have nothing left to do but to enjoy it
Buddhism teaches life is suffering and buddhism teaching how to deal with that suffering to enjoy life
Nihilism teaches that nothing matters so enjoy everything that you do get to experience and enjoy it to the fullest while you can
Its hard to argue against either logically, so life really is just a coping mechanism for the suffering and nothingness. Once you come to that realization as many people have, you are more free than most to enjoy life fully.

Then I feel happy and glad I have something to lose.

I'm not rich. Family, Friends, and Job are all I have.
