Post-industrial-society has overall fewer kids. Even povertycels from 3rd world chitholes are having fewer kids each year the more their countries come into industrialisation

The goal is to get rid of race entirely.

Whites have to mix with something to be mixed. Blacks and whites and hispanic and blacks and hispanic and whites. You mix them all up and it comes out a light brown mixed kid.

Asians is trickier. Whites and asians have started the trend but those still look very much asian. Plus the volume of asians is much greater so it will probably take longer for them to blend in entirely.

My guess what we'll see is 2 races in the future (distant future that is)... all these mixed light brown types as a result of breeding between whites, blacks, and hispanics. Then you'll also have the Asian mixes which will be too distinct to classify in the first group. They'll still be mixed but with a lot of asian traits we see today.

You know how when we picture an alien race we picture them all the same. There's typically no color differences (or minimal differences). My guess is way way in the future we'll all look relatively the same the more the races mix. Assuming humanity survives that long.

Don't worry though, even if our skin color is all very similar to one another, humans will find other ways to pair off and discriminate against any out-groups. So all of this effort to blend the races will be a waste in the end.

That isn't a one way street though. How did humans become so differentiated to begin with?

Personally if we are going to screw around with human genetics I still think we should try to steal the plants ability to get energy from the sun [photosynthesis] and then we would all be green and not have to worry quite so much about raising crops and animals for food.

It completely flipped within one generation in my family, my mom had like 11 siblings and yet I'm an only child. Tons of kids was pretty typical of poorer farming families where making babies was what you did to have more hands to work the farm, or was a product of boredom, plus lack of birth control, less distractions, etc.

I imagine something very similar is happening in China with such intense urbanization over the last couple decades
