Advanced air defense heading to Ukraine. In March we said no.

Is this the system we are about to send ? Back in March biden said we wouldn't because it ment Americans would need to be on the ground to run it.

Biden came out today saying he is send ukraine a advanced air defense system. Is this the step that gets Americans on the ground in Ukraine? Is this how putin will see it ?
