I don’t like jones but he has a right to free speech.

Yeah, I get the “ free speech has consequences “ stuff, but they could go after anyone they disagree with. Soon they will sue someone for 150 million because they wrote a ******** post about their disapproval of Biden’s response to inflation and the afghan pullout and the courts will claim that the post is misinformation and inspires terrorism and that free speech has consequences .

Slander is not covered by free speech.

You don't have the right to declare that people are criminals etc.

You can say you THINK they are but you can't say they are.

That's because the confidence by which you say it can destroy lives. So, you are using words and ideas to create an assault on someone.

It's a logical and meaningful law, especially where the media is concerned.

he was stating his opinion, thats not slander.

I mean, this guy who's kid just got killed was joking right before he knew the cameras turned on, then he turns on the water works. it was really wierd..

Freedom of speech is one or the other, its not a grey area. otherwise they should rename it to "consequences of speech"

It's not an opinion to say "Fred Jones is a fake government agent" because that's an accusation, not an opinion.

I can say "Jeffery Dahmer was a sex pervert" and that is not my opinion and not an accusation, it's a fact. If I say, "Dahmer WAS George Bush Jr's son and Bush groomed him" that is not true, not an opinion, and is accusing Bush or creating a serial killer, so it's slander.

It's the same as it's not free speech to yell "fire" in a movie theater.

In addition, any RETARD knows that people cracking up from PTSD might start laughing like The Joker, who is a famous character. People laugh at funerals, etc because they just can't believe it's happening.

If you do not know this you lack basic skills and have autism traits.

Alex never even went in and accused individual crisis actors of hoaxing. But even if he did – they are public figures! They put themselves out there; people have a right to question what they’re saying!

What harm has been done? Did they lose acting jobs because they were exposed as being bad actors, who start laughing when they’re supposed to be crying?

I could believe that!

But no.

This is just a total scam. It’s about shutting down Alex Jones because he’s a man who disagrees with the narrative. Alex doesn’t even talk about the Jews, but he talks about enough things that they don’t like that they have to shut him down, because he’s popular even after having been kicked off of YouTube and everything else.

I’m not really sure how he can continue to operate now. He’s raised ten million dollars or something, but that is less than 10% of what he owes. They are just going to drain his bank accounts. His options are very limited. They are going to take his house too.

This is a precedent being set here. It’s the ultimate chilling effect. No one is going to say anything if they can just get sued like this.

Frankly, people should just leave America.

So you think it was wrong for the ACLU to defend the free speech of Neo Nazis several decades ago? They were saying all sorts of things about the Jews being criminals etc.

Now the ACLU agrees with you and they want to destroy anyone who doesn't support parents deciding their 2 year olds are trans. This is what you are arguing for.

Who was president at this time? Obama
Agenda? Gun control
School shootings: regular
Who is David Hogg? Was supposedly a student at a different school shooting.
What do we know about him? His father is intelligence assett
Who is Adam Lanza?
What is a crisis actor?
Do psyops happen? (Covid | operation mockingbird | etc)

Could Alex Jones have been correct when he said he thought it was a hoax?

It’s worth considering.

You can do a lot with a private decentralized terrorist cell like say, antifa.

Push lots of agendas with the right operators. And can always kill them off to keep secrets, since no one even knows who they are, no footprints to follow.

You can't slander an ethnicity.

With the Jones case, there's a small group of people who he was directly saying were not real people and were part of a criminal conspiracy.

In fact, they are real people that probably people at their work knew and in their neighborhood. So, they became famous or infamous for his direct accusations.

You should look up "libel" and "slander" if the idea is too hard to understand.

Like I've said, you can't yell "fire" in a movie theater. It's not covered by free speech because it could create a catastrophe. Just the same slander and libel can create a personal catastrophe for the person you said false and dangerous things about.

The people in question were not "crisis actors" they were the families of murder victims, lol.

Has there EVER been a "crisis actor" exposed as a crisis actor?!

If the US government or some other organization was running around planning mass murders, do you think that we would even know the term "crisis actor" because I don't.

Alex Jones and people like him are obviously full of sh!t and that's because they know too much. A person might know about one conspiracy but not details about countless ones.

If lizard people were really disguised as humans, and you tried to expose them, how long would you live?

In addition, how long would it take to expose fake children and families that got murdered at a REAL SCHOOL?

There's people who run the school and know who goes there. There's people who live in the community next to the parents whose kids got killed, etc. You can't fake that, it's absurd.

As I've mentioned, there's a lot of "Autism" to this kind of stuff because it's so obvious. However, a person who can't think straight is going to make these stories up and others who are similar will fall for them.

It's both sad and amazing that so many people hide behind a Constitution that they have clearly never read. The first amendment starts with "Congress shall make no law". It prevents free speech from beingcriminal. There is no law against what Jones did and he has not been arrested for it. That is what the first amendment protects you against.

Making up lies calling the grieving parents of 6 YO kids slaughtered in their classroom actors who made the whole thing up as a political stunt is about the most disgusting and evil thing you can do. Jones deserves whatever he gets in civil court. The first amendment does not protect you from civil liability.

Who is this "they" you cultists are referring to? The Newtown shooting parents are going to go after people for $150m for criticizing Biden on FB? Do you not realize how stupid that is?

Committing Fraud is when you are trying to sell something that is fake.

So, if the people were selling something and they had to know it was a lie, then that's fraud. With medical information, there's a lot of variables so it's hard to commit fraud.

For instance, I was forced to get the vaccine but would not have done so myself. RNA drugs can and do kill some people. So, I am not taking any drug that can kill me unless I'm in an emergency and could die anyway. So, telling people the "vaccine" which was not a vaccine but RNA drugs could kill you, is correct.

If we in fact did not need it and the drug was a scam to make money, and if some people died, then the US government gave them a death sentence to make money for some company.

In 2020 we had a guy from a band how makes dumb UFO videos manipulate the government to pass a law to investigate UFOs. That turned out to be nothing and got him on TV and people who work for him. SOOOOOO....image the incentive to force hundreds of millions or a billion people to get a vaccine they don't need.

There was lots of room to speculate about Covid.

A guy in Canada got arrested for covid violations and he challenged the government to produce a sample of covid and they could not.

So, the fraud, if it existed, was not on the side of skeptics.

Slander and Libel laws are established through court precedent, not criminal law passed through Congress. The US hasn't criminalized free speech since the Sedition Act of 1918 during WW1, which was repealed in 1920 when the war was over. Any such laws made today would (or should) be found unconstitutional.
