Rentcucks vs landcucks

The best way to do it is just buy a cheap house in the ghetto then you don’t have to pay rent and you don’t have to worry about property values because it never had much value to begin with

Just fix it up yourself utilities shouldn’t be anymore expensive unless there’s **** tier insulation
