Has nothing to do with free speech. You can't say some that 100% can be proven wrong as a fact. If he 100% died of the police, the Family will win the case. If it isn't 100%, they will lose the case. Although, my guess is Kanye will get a lot of pressure and end up donating millions to a cause in the family's name, and they will drop the case

I think he just repeated what was on the documentary. He just agreed with it. If Saint Floyds family really cared they would go after Candice Owens. Second, they removed the interview on Revolt youtube page and NORE already issued an apology. So it seems as if they can show in court (if it was ever to go there) that efforts were taken to fix any misunderstandings. To me, the family just has to suck it up and STFU. If anything sue that fat chick who was head of BLM and used his death to steal more money.
