All those homes are going back under 300k

Remember when clowns actually thought that there was going to be this home ownership class.

i bought my 3bed 2bath on .25 acre for 210k back in early 2019. I refinanced in 2021 at 2.75%. My mortgage+escrow payment just got bumped from $970 to $1,065 per month. Thoughts?

It's amazing how much Reddit level rentcel cope there is on the misc these days.


My home's value increased by 148k over the last 22 months. 15 or 30 year mortgage, that's all profit in my pocket when I decide to sell. JFL at thinking living in an apartment or renting a house is financially smart.
