OWING a house is the biggest mog out there
Actually owning a house in the biggest mog move out there.
Brb property taxes insurance and utilities are the only thing you have to worry about
Home maintance costs little to nothing once you get your house squared away..
The rent vs own threads pop up all the time.
You Mongolians need to buy a house/condo if you are still renting pay that bish off and start mogging.
If you still rent remember rent is due in a few days and your landlord will always ask for more, and it will never stop.
Brb land lord is out fuking escorts under a palm tree with the money that you just forked over.

Owning a home actually is one of the biggest practical flexes. The financial aspect of owning a home vs renting and investing the difference can be debated, but what can't be debated is the capital barrier to entry.
Renting an apartment = you have a job and maybe some investments
Owning a home = you have a job and at least ~$50k saved up for a down payment, and maybe some investments, and who knows if the home is paid off or not
There's a reason whenever you say you live in a house, people always ask whether you rent or own it. Saying you rent it = instant downer; saying you own it = sloots turn into the Niagara Falls

Bought in dip, house worth about 2x what I paid, fck yeah! Solar installed because PG&E is ass, in the next few weeks home backup system for my F150 to power the house... only thing I hate is the odd times every few months I need to spray for bugs/weeds.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
