Buying a lodge or a caravan (trailer) instead of a house

Is this an easier and cheaper way to be considered a homeowner? Brb low maintenance, brb don't need to apply for a mortgage brb can drive and park it where you want.

If you buy a static caravan at a caravan park you can rent it out to people when you are not living in it.
