I was watching some video on YouTube with Jay Cutter at some bodybuilding convention well after he had retired he looked really unimpressive, even small compared to some guys! I couldn't help thinking how that must feel after the size he was in his Mr Olympia days!

In after Clive.

Natty as well. At this point, having dedicated myself to my training consistently for over 10 years and reaped the benefits considering I once thought it was really hopeless is incredibly fulfilling. I have no clue what it would be liked to be 'enhanced.' Is it not as satisfying?

In for answers.

I know a few guys who have ridden bikes a few years ago, they looked like chit on gear and still look like chit off it. Makes you think in the long run was it all worth it?

If a person attains a solid foundation of muscle and size before blasting, doesn't take absurd amounts of gear, and comes off correctly......there will be minimal size loss.

He looks way better and healthier now tbh

It's terrific, right? So you know, I am in heaven."

there can be a silver lining depending on mindset

it can be a humbling experience

we know frog tech feeds the ego in negative ways

coming off it, and just like the other guy said, looking, feeling, being legitimately healthier, is the better outcome. a lesson in humility will come if they are to survive/grow

Being honest with myself, I'd be incredibly curious as to what the impact of running a modest cycle would be at this point after building a natural foundation. I don't think I could make significant more natty gains. Pure curiosity for scientific purposes.

In 2011 i ran a short, low dose cycle. I went from looking good to great and knew that lifestyle wasn't for me. Never touched anything since. Very slippery slope that people will ruin their natural levels with.

I look and feel better now at 32 than I did when I was 21. My test levels are so high that a bunch of insecure miscers refuse to believe they're natural. My life revolves around healthy habits.

Natty bros just adopt healthy habits and maximize your T levels before making the choice to pin. IMO the choice to pin should be one where you do it forever, not just before a vacation or something stupid. Accept that being natural means you can't be a shredded 210lbs. Live in reality.

Like others mentioned, it is a slippery slope. Once you experience gains on gear, it's very hard to go back to natty. I'm almost 40 now, I don't have any interest in blasting anymore, but it took a while to get to this point of not caring.

Honestly - at my current size, I don't get anywhere near as much out of gear as I used to. I would have to increase dosage to a level that I'm not comfortable with. I've always used as responsibly as I could in the past.

Don’t know been cruising for awhile, never plan on coming off. More to running gear than the strength gains

Everyone responds differently but for me I doubled my gains in six months that it took me ten years to gain. Also waited till I was 47 years old and I don’t really come off, as in I run trt dose year around(actuall trt dose 150mg per week) for full disclosure. Sometimes I wish I started earlier but then again outcome may have been different
