Buy a truck and trailer. Become a junk hauler. Do like 3-5 jobs a day hauling away peoples junk, pay the small fee to drop it off at the landfill, and then keep and sell anything that is in good condition on Craigslist or eBay (couches, tables, etc). All metal goes to the scrap metal yard and they pay you for it. You can easily make at minimum $300 a day. Scale the business, do a good job and get your name out there, you'll pick up bigger and higher paying jobs, and you'll make more.

Worst case after daily expenses you net profit $200 a day. 200x30 days. That's 6k a month. Let's say you scale it and start making 1k a day (not that hard actually).....30k a month. Or 20-24k if you want to take more days off. Get multiple trucks going. You'll bring in 100k a month and probably take home 40k of that after all expense.

Think outside the box boyo.
