Hogwarts Legacy gameplay showcase - Nov 11

Hogwarts Legacy will be getting a brand new gameplay showcase tomorrow, November 11, that will take Harry Potter fans through a "small tour of Hogwarts Castle, a deep dive into the character creator system, a first look at the UI, and an introduction to combat."

The news was announced by Hogwarts Legacy's official Twitter, and it confirmed the showcase will arrive on November 11 at 10am PT/1pm ET/6pm GMT. If you live in Australia, this translates to November 12 at 5am AEDT.

I grew up watching that chit and played the first 2 games. Will most likely buy and play 1 hour and get bored

I'm excited. I will get it. I wish/hope there was SOME kind of multiplayer element to add to it down the road. It's coming out to all consoles and PC so maybe PC could have some mods / hacks that enable such a thing peer-to-peer. Regardless I'm excited for the gameplay tbh.

I bet 99% of the population will be either Gryffindor or Slytherin on their first characters.

I really hope the duels have some kind of tactics to them. It'll live and die on that for me, personally. Don't just be mindlessly spamming spells.

The two sloot quest givers they showed within 2 minutes of each other have the same character model lol. Why don't devs put a little more effort into different faces?

The facial animations themselves could also use some work.

I'll wait for some gameplay outside the actual castle before I get too excited. I want to see what the open world is like.

you just KNOW this game is going to be cucked beyond all measure. Like in a proper wizarding game you'd be able to study how to do all the forbidden curses and start torturing and killing people from the get-go. A true RPG would have a chaos quest line where you become a death eater in your first year at Hogwarts and basically make everybody your bitches.

Imagine how many NPCs will be 'unkillable' and how the game will box you in and prevent you from doing anything actually fun. Also the combat looks terrible. Like 2004 movie-game terrible.

What a chit-show. Can't wait for this game to bomb HARD on release.
