Had my best results with 300 g per day. I’m 200 pounds,

In before bull**** studies and copy paste about how nobody needs more than 5 g protein per week and so on.

Not much. Not tracking, but would guess 40 to 70 grams most days. Used to have to really work at hitting 100.

5-6 meals a day, 40g of protein every meal, sometimes with the heavier meals a bit more, like 50-60g. So ultimately around 240g of protein a day.

The benefit of living in the far north of Australia is that there are a plenitude of animals whose meat is basically pure protein. Kangaroos, crocodiles, emus etc. With kangaroo mince I make a chili con carne with about 300g of the mince, all up turns out to be around 90g of protein in the meal.

It makes absolutely lethal farts, but it's delicious and very proteinacious.

I'm at 100-120 right now on a cut because I am a fatass compared to most of the misc right now. Wife has really been working on her cooking skills last 3 year and I've been eatin good and unfortunately it shows.

After the cut I'll try to get that up to an average of 150. I prefer to look at it as per week though, some days I eat more proton, others I like more fiber to keep the poo flowin. So right now its around 700 a week.

Monday - Friday
In the 250g range.
Carbs & Fats usually around 100g each.

Saturday & Sunday
Who cares.... At least 150g protein and refeed carbs.

I sit at a desk all day and feel soooo much better keeping carbs low during the week.

Currently 241 grams, but that’s only counting complete proteins sources.

I’m not counting the protein from oats and rice, etc. into my protein count. When I track my calories, I actually count those incomplete proteins towards carbs. I’m not saying it’s right, that’s just what I do.

It's alright. I can't think of any reason to be so hyper meticulous about every gram of every macronutrient unless you were preparing for a contest. Contest in a few weeks? Nope? DW about it, what you do now is fine.

2:136
Say, ˹O believers,˺ We believe in Allah and what has been revealed to us; and what was revealed to Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob, and his descendants; what was given to Moses, Jesus, and other prophets from their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them. And to Allah we all submit.
