What study methods do you use?/What is the best way to memorize information?

I'm studying for the CompTIA Network+ exam and there are so many acronyms to memorize, information etc.

What methods do you use when studying? I've been just writing chit down, and I'm prolly gonna have to re write it 10+ times.

Mnemonics are helpful.

Example: I never forget the Citric Acid Cycle.

"CAn I Keep Selling Sex for Money Officer?"

Citrate -> Aconitate (often not shown) -> Isocitrate -> alpha Ketoglutarate-> Succinyl-CoA -> Succinate -> Fumarate -> Malate -> Oxaloacetate and remember "C before A" to know that Aconitate is after Citrate and to know that Succinyl-COAis before SuccinATE.
