Land chads.... Or Airbnbcels need input

Without getting into my personal details I've ended up inheriting my mom's 4B 4 bath home in western Washington

I'm still in the air as to what my final plans are with it as it is in Washington State and I won't be moving back there that I could ever foresee. My current thought is to rent it out as an Airbnb especially during the winter months as it is located very close to PRIME skiing/snowboarding and during peak season hotels are hard to get and usually are priced out at 6-700 a night during peak season. When I mean close I mean that with the inevitable traffic the nearest large city with hotels is 2-3 hours whereas this home would be closer to 30 with traffic

During the summer months there is also a very busy since there is tons of some of the best hiking/camping in the state along with festivals such as Ocktoberfest and it's alongside one of the main highways to cross over to eastern Washington.

If I were to even do half of that plus a modest cleaning fee I'd still make a killing at least 4-5 months out of the year. However as my first dip into something of this nature I'd ask if anyone here has personal experience with this or any tips and advice. My biggest issue is that obviously it would be remote managing and would have to deal with repairs and whatnot as they come. I do still have friends and family that I could pay to take care of small details and maybe fly up once a month to stock up on consumables and do a check over/any needed repairs.

Chit ass tenants.

The house has almost 3x in value since it was purchased in 2004 but I'm worried about the looming housing bubble. Current value according to Redfin/Zillow is 750k ish but It was recently remodeled and upgraded throughout but I haven't had anyone value it since I literally just assigned an attorney as of yesterday to start the whole process
